RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Please note that all gift cards are non-refundable.

RETURNS

Before you move forward with your return, you must obtain authorization from us before sending us your item. Please email info@rareoreverywhere.com to obtain authorization.

We do not allow returns if the items received in a condition other than their original condition.

Please note that all original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of shipping the new item to you. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
